You appear to be very good at telling the MSA how to do their job, but you are under no obligation to actually race with them. Just because you are their customer does not mean they are a slave to your opinion. They may choose to, or to not to listen to your opinion. That's their prerogative! If they want to ignore your viewpoint then tough luck!
I suggest that if you are SO unhappy with the way they do business you should use the only power you actually have as a customer and take your money elsewhere! Or maybe, as everyone on here is so good at telling the MSA what to do, you start your own governing body to rival the MSA.
Or is it really like this - you complain about the MSA but will still race with them anyway because they actually do a pretty decent job.
