I use a driv up kart trolley for one person lifting. If your trailer is wide enough to take the kart with wheels on, its just a matter of rolling it on and off, really easy job for one person. Only downside is if there is damage to your rear bumper and it needs to be changed, as this is where it is supported at the rear, but there are ways round it for working temporarily.
