in the dry its not worth it. in the wet possibly yes lean towards the outside.

but similarly to what chris is saying: just drive the kart how you feel you are most comfortable with. don't focus on your body position. it's just another variable to the endless number that you can mess around with. be consistent!

I know some drivers who prefer to tilt their head outwards on a corner (which isn't just a lack of neck muscles).
