Forgive me but looking at your previous questions on the forum I would suggest a search through the Market Place for a second hand chassis. You have previously asked about purchasing on finance and you are also unsure as to which class you want to race in, a good 2nd hand kart might be more viable for you in the short term.
If you plough all your funds into buying new you may struggle when it comes to parts & running costs later down the line.
You can now use any chassis in TKM, perhaps a visit to a circuit and asking around other drivers in that class will help you make your mind up.
