Sparkie, I don't now what your problem is but butt out!
Yes, racing at Strubby is at club level and as such is far more friendly and significantly cheaper than an MSA event. When we were having carb problems at Strubby, our biggest rival took the carb off his engine and lent it to us and he fitted his spare carb - have you ever heard of that happening at an MSA event?
You want to do MSA, then you go and do MSA, leave the club events to those that have the talent but not the money.
You have to fill in forms wherever you go these days so where's the problem in doing this once a year?
