well may i suggest that the nkra actually use their website to good effect and inform people what exactly is occuring within the organisation. The abkc advertise their agm and publish the minutes from all their commitee meetings on the website, if the nkra did a similiar thing then it'll help the customers understand what goes on with regards to running the championship.
how about holding this year's agm at the grande finals, say on saturday night at llandow. that way, it'll encourage the competitors to come along and have their say. and make sure it's well advertised either on the website or in the entry pack nearer the time that this is going to happen.
there's no point relaying on the clubs to pass on this information as the only contact they get with their members is through the monthly club meetings. If the area reps were encouraged to say in contact with their regional competitors through e-mail then it'll go along way in easing the problem.
