Mantis, i think your thinking of CCTV cameras. Theres no circuit in the world that has TV quality cameras installed, it would not be financially viable, and CCTV footage would make very dodgy TV!

How much it would cost? Bluetoo costings are very much the low end of the spectrum, you could make internet TV for that, but not a professional TV production. roughly broadcast quality BBC cameramen are Ł500 a day, and editors charge a similar amount. Add to that voice overs, presenters, travel accommodation and a production fee to cover the equipment cost (edit suite is 10k plus a 60k machine to convert to broadcast format) then i think you could easily double it dependant on the producers.

I would expect a top quality programme, anything less is going to be very disappointing to competitors.
