Energy Kart Brembo brakes - help please!

I have an Energy Kart fitted with brembo brakes all round and have just rebuilt them, now I need to bleed them but am not sure how to do it!

Can anybody give me any instructions please - there is a reservoir on both master cylinders and there is a bleed nipple on each caliper, theres a small ball bearing under each nipple - it would appear I have to put a pipe on the nipple and suck it through - is this right?
