Apparently Christmas will be delayed this year because Santa has problems.

After centuries flying on his own and being able to move around in his sleigh, European legislation means he has to fly with a co-pilot and wear a full 5-point harness.

He's had to train the pilot and get the sleigh re-scrutineered.

They call it elf and safety.
