If so, it will be a surprise. Last year saw only about 2000 people over the entire weekend, so less than half all kart licences let alone the fact that lots of them are NOT drivers or potentials.

It looks as if quite a number of significant names aren't going to be displaying either....perhaps a sign of the times. (Or maybe they are hoping for a Ł62 billion handout from BoE)
