as a starter package are you looking for a very cheap 2nd hand older kart or a fairly competative package the reason i ask is I have a very old but complete solo cadet honda powered my son used it to "get started" was great to not worry about the expense while he got to grips with tyre walls undergrowth and kerbs in his first few outings.........
happy to pass it on for a few quid.
