The 'standard' kart answer would be Formula Blue. The restrictor system means that weight is not a handicap, unless you are over 100kg in weight.
The costs are more or less in line with TKM for maintenance, but like TKM the more racing you do and teh nearer the top you want to run, then the costs, like regular new tyres, get larger.
You get quite big grids at Hooton Park while Rissi doesn't run them at all as far as I know.
The downside? Second hand engines aren't as cheap as TKM and if you want the 'Maxi' engine (if you are over 90Kg) then they are rare on the second hand market at the moment.
On the other hand, there is the NKRA Championship which caters for Blue, designed for Clubmen, is regional (ie you compete in a 'local' area rather than going national, but finish up in a 'national meet') and visits several tracks in the region, and at 5 meetings in the Championship might meet your needs.
