Are you on ZIP's payroll? You don't make one logical point, and then you say: 'I would not want to see any more kids hurt but I am not convinced that an immediate ban on the Zip nose cone is the answer.'

That's the most frightenly contradictory statement I've ever seen. There is enough anecdotal evidence to show there is a problem, are you endorsing the ridiculous notion that our kids should be the crash test dummies for this.

Any doubt at all about safety and action should be taken. It's not difficult to do, because it's not a ban. Just enforcement of the existing regs. Dispensation was only given for this nose cone on the basis that if problems arose it would be reviewed. What constitutes a problem, the first death?
