..do you mean making a chassis from scratch ??
Good learning project...but not practical from a cost /time point of view.

If so, you will need a lot of 30mm DOM tubing, a lot of hacksaw blades, and a good MiG /Tig welder.
..Oh, and a lot of patience !!
