Ross, assuming you're not talking about the very basics of nuts, bolts + washers, bearings etc. here goes my starter for 10...

Chassis (+ torsion bars if fitted)
Seat
Floor tray
Petrol tank
Pedals
Cables
Side pod bars
Side pods
Front bumper
Rear bumper
Nose cone
Nassau panel
Nassau panel brackets
Steering wheel
Steering column complete
Track rods
Front stub axles complete with bearings etc.
Wheels x 4
Dry tyres x 4
Wet tyres x 4 (on rims)
Rear axle with bearing & carriers
Complete brake system with disc
Brake carrier
Sprocket carrier
Chain
Chain guard
Petrol pipe
Petrol
Oil
Chain lube
Spark plugs
Engine mount

Buy yourself a rolling chassis and strip it - it will be a lot easier and cheaper!
