ok this may sound like a bit of a weird question but here it goes

do nasel strip (such as what some people wear at night to stop snoring) help in any way when racing? ive noticed a few F1 drivers (such as barrichello) wearing them any info would be good!

i tend to struggle with breathing through my nose, would these help me to race better? (sod the snoring! lol)
