Thanks for all your replys they have been very helpfull. i think what il do is keep these bearings as you cnt buy seals on there own so il keep these until they wear out. if i keep using industrial lubricant after every heat/practice session then they should still perform ok and i might do what chris sed after every meeting flush them with wd40 and fill them with ptfe spray. sound like a gd plan?
