The sporting goods argument does not stack when race suits are exempt.

The issue is that these helmets are specifically designed and advertised for children. Size range is within the vat rules and the fact that some adults "could" wear them is irrelevant, they are specifically produced for children.

Dan and others need to get written confirmation from HMC on this ...I cannot see how VAT is chargable on these helmets.
