Supporting Martins statement about not using this forum to adopt a guilty until proven innocent attitude to people involved in karting incidents, or to put it a bit more industrially, slagging people off without comeback, I think this is only right and proper. Reading some of the threads about drivers who have supposedly committed the most apalling acts of skullduggery makes me wonder about some of the series run in various parts of the country!
Being realistic, people will always want to vent their feelings if they feel that they have been hard done by.
However, the karting community is quite a wide one, with some who are relatively inexperienced in the ways of the world of motor racing, and some who have a long lifetimes worth of experience. I think that this forum could and should be used to advise competitors, for competitors to be able to seek advice on issues of track conduct and behaviour, what is acceptable or unacceptable etc without running the risk of either being dismissed or batterd for not knowing the answers.
The more sensible inputs that we all make, the more we all get out of it.....
