I would be amazed if it even worked at club level but whereas the MSA need some evidence to ban something we,as parents, don't. These nosecones have been in use for at least a couple of years and I wonder how many people have contacted the MSA or the MSA Steward/CoC at the track to air their suspicions that there could be a safet issue. First stop for ensuring safety should be the parents. Bit like helmets - I remember a year or so ago a young lad explaining to an irate dad that he had gone off because his helmet had tipped over his eyes and he could not see. Another parent suggested that maybe the helmet was too big and first dad replied "it's his big brothers but I am not spending out on one for him while they can share".
