Hi Scotto,
if you are already having the helmet painted, this should be in with the price if it's part of the design. However, if it is something you want 'extra', then it may cost more depending on the paint - for example, I painted my son's Bell helmet as a Jenson Button replica (my son has the same initials) and the flourescent yellow (if that's what it is) was an extortionate price per litre but the black metalflake I bought was about a third of the price!
