to keep it all moving afetr every time out at the end of the day you should take of your rear hubs and sprocket carrier remove the keys and claen the axel down, hubs ,carrier the lot. you shouldnt have a problem from then on. a clean kart is a happy kart. also dont over tighten the carrier screws it doesnt take that much to get them to clamp on to the axel. i used to over tighten the hubs and carrier then find them hard to move due to this.
