We are not doing either FKS or S1 this year having opted for the easykart series instead but we have been following them both and think some of your points are quite harsh.
Parc Ferme fuel has been introduced specifically because of suggestions of cheating with illegal additives or non specified oils. The problem with this is that not all tracks are duited to this control.
The first round of FKS was at Kimbolton and parc ferme fuel would have been a nightmare as the dummy grid and parc ferme are quite a long way apart. You would need a system of collecting all fuel tanks from parc ferme and transporting them to another parc ferme area by the dummy grid.
That needs a lot of room and trolleys/van etc.

Checking of clutches - again only needed because of claims of cheating with lubricants etc. As with any form of scrutineering, random checks can be as effective as checking everything - so long as the possibility of getting caught is high enough then cheating is just too risky.

Updating of the website - could probably always be a bit better but have heard similar complaints about S1 site.

Atol fuel - also used in S1. Don't know about the switch to BP but even Atol is normal pump fuel but with an added tracer dye. the additional cost is for the fuel testing. If no testing is carried out then there is a genuine reason for complaining about the cost.

Timed qualifying - if you have more than a single grid of entries then you have to split the class into groups. As soon as that happens you get an issue with fair play for all. Dry/Wet, track getting hotter or cooling can all have an effect on qualifying times. For cadets you may even throw in rubber pick up - would the first group pick up more rubber than the next group?

If you take qualifying times in strict order then you would penalise drivers going out in slower conditions. If you take the fastest times from each group then potentially you penalise faster drivers if one group, in identical conditions, were faster than the other groups. If you can suggest a fairer way then I am sure the FKS organisers would be pleased to hear from you.

Overall I would say that FKS and S1 are excellent championships and well organised. However, something will go wrong along the way.
