You may have difficulty in replacing the case anyway.

The connectors for charging would give you a problem.

The batteries are easy to replace if that is the reason for not charging, it's not always so.

You just use a modern equivalent battery cell.

It is probably possible to repair the case with a bit of ingenuity.
