Two meetings now I have been verbally abused and threatened in parc ferme at kimbolton, once as a driver and once as a mechanic - by different people. The stewards and scrutineers saw this both times and nothing happened, I took it to the clerk both times, again, nothing happened even though I was threatened in the clerks office.

Is there actually a rule in the blue book about this kind of behavior?
