Call Pete Lester on 01844 218282. He sells a wide range of generators mainly on eBay and has a shop called PJL Allsorts.

I have bought from him and found his advice was great. tell him what you want to run and he will tell you the best one. Generally for things like hot air guns he will steer you towards the cheaper open type of generator.

The reason he gave me was that these guns put a heavy start load on the generators and will at some point damage the control board. on these generators it costs a few pound to fix but on the quieter suitcase ones it is Ł100+
