Hi, just double checking your sums on this...

A 7.853mm change in circumference is a 0.82% change (from 10-30 psi). A gearing change from 20/70 to 20/72 is a 2.78% change in gearing (0.0079/(20/70)). The change from 20/70 to 20/71 is 1.4%. Hence a 20psi change in pressure should not alter gearing significantly.

Hopefully one less thing to worry about!
