I bet Bernard Manning was more gutted! Had he not, of course, been brain dead for several years before being pronounced medically dead. Actually imagine Manning being gutted, it would be like some sort of scene from a whale blubber factory..

Anyway that letter caught my eye too. Ian Rennison is 70, we learn.
