hi HC64.. remove the bearings again and dig out the metal rings (grease covers) wash the bearings in petrol to remove the grease, refit the bearings and lube with light oil (duck oil/WD40) then every time your lad/lass comes off the track re-lube the bearngs. this will wear your bearings quicker than normal grease but your bearings will run with a lot less friction..... failing that if you are loaded run ceramic hybread bearings 250 gbp per bearing
