iv not raced any where else but averyone says hooton has the best amount of tkms by far. i dont think they should do any drastic changes that would cost a lot of money because, tkm is meant to be a budget formula, the only thing i think they should do is extend the homolagation period to 15 years or something to try and get more people into the formula. i bought a kart when i first got into tkm and found out that it was 2 years out of homolagation, so that was a massive waste in money
