I don't know much about the Euros, but don't they run off non-MSA rules? Therefore their regulations are different to how our MSA clubs run?

I didn't notice any clutch checks at 3S either. Probably the best decision a club has made. With so much controversy surrounding it atm, theres no point putting your foot in it. Although they could have done random RPM checks on the grid or something.
