Set kart up true and square on the trolley , then put on a flat floor with driver onboard and note the geometry changes .
Replace kart on trolley and adjust geometry to compensate for the alterations due to the weight .
You now have a base setting to go back to if you go wrong on the set-up .
Dont just use the lasers to do toe-in , use them to get equal ammounts of steering lock left and right as well as the caster/camber on both sides .
