After reading the earlier post about the metal clutch, I tried mine yesterday. Cold, on the level, I started to move about 2400 revs. I am probably about 185 kilos total weight me and the kart.

I serviced my clutch during the week before I went. I had no problems with my clutch all day. It has done about 3 hours I think from new. Also when I took my clutch drum off, there was very little residual grease on the inside and none on the mating surfaces.

I would be interested to see what other drivers have found with theirs.

Maybe people could post the revs they start to move at and their all up mass approx.
