Ive just completed my 2002 tonykart Mitox chassis conversion...

to be honest, its FAR cheaper to just weld.. given that the read mounts need to be removed AS WELL, you may as well do what i did and get them all done at once.

ALSO - if your chassis IS a Mitox, you'll need to do the front bumper/bar mounts too, as the blue book says this needs to be removable.
Its a good job i noticed that when i was giving the book a re-re-re-read!!!!
