As speedyman says you will need a letter from your Diabetic Consultant giving details of your last meeting and HbA1C and stating that in their opinion you are ok to race.

The first time you apply you might also have to go to the MSA consultant and fork out for that appointment.

After the first time your consultants letter is normally enough to renew your licence.
