What chassis and clutch questions

Bought a prokart to have a bit of fun with. The chassis has HR1 stamped near the front. Anyone know what make this is?

Also the engines have 2 different clutches on it think ones a maxitorque (its a black one 20tooth)and the other is a gold drum style one. Is it better to match the cluthches and which one is best?

Also could i just fit magnum shoes to the gold drum one if thats the better one of the two?
