Had the same problem on my old prokart. The only real way was to either use a thin strip of tape so it could still be switchoff in an emergency or just replace it.. I ended up doing the latter in the end.

I did take the old switch apart to see if i could fix it but what appears to happen is that the the bit of the switch has a dimple and a ball bearing pressured by a small spring. eventally the dimple wears away on one side and means that the switch is very easily knocked off. In my case vibration was enought to do it.

Word of advice dont bother with ones off ebay as I ordered one and the wire fell off when I was fitting it
