Hi Guys,

I am looking to find out some figures on braking temperatures for an engineering project at my college.

The project requires information on braking component temperatures e.g. Disc, pads, pistons and the braking fluid. I am using a hydraulic kart braking system as an example.

The maximum braking temperatures, optimum temperatures etc.

If anyone can give any advice on where to find this information or infact has some figures on this subject, please reply.

Cheers,

Dan
