Well some people do talk absolute rubbish don't they?
Then after spouting about getting rid of an already dwindling core of kart circuits, they attempt to blame IKR exclusively.
The good thing about IKR is there is no long winded wallet driven appeals process. Misbehave and you are out.
Or shall we bring up the Whilton Mill incident a few weeks ago, or as it was called, a brawl.
That was MSA but I suppose it doesn't count with some blinkered people.
THAT particular incident is a FAR more serious infraction at an MSA meeting than any IKR meeting I've heard about.
Especially if we include the 'white lines' at MSA meetings, and I'm not talking about track limits here.
The thing about the Rye House incident which I completely agree should not have been seen by anybody, especially children, is that if you review the footage, you form a different opinion as to where the blame, if any, might lay.
So, those of us who 'dirty our hands' at IKR meetings will probably continue to do so, safe in the knowledge that whether it is a MUK or IKR meeting, things can and will go wrong.
Invariably it is not the track or club's fault, it is the fault of the competitors and their entourages, who incidentally seem to think it's their prerogative to steam in and make matters far worse than they were, with little understanding of the sport, who cause nearly all the problems.
It's like blaming the courts and police for criminals.
Ebay racers, gotta love that one Knightly :)
