The concept of this seems very good and would appeal to most, if not all, involved.
I'm not sure I agree with the points awarding. A grid of 6 could be harder to win against, it depends on the calibre of the drivers involved. In order to tally up the points, drivers may be more inclined to race at circuits with big grids as opposed to smaller grids, especially if their budget only allows for 1 race a month. We need to be supporting all tracks, not just the already popular ones. For this reason I think a win should be awarded the same points regardless of class size. There could be bonus points offered for how far in front you are; i.e 25 points for a win, plus 5 bonus points if you finish 2 or more seconds in front. 20 points for second, plus 5 bonus points if 2 or more seconds in front of 3rd. It needs a little more thought to ensure that a dominant win takes home the most points.
