I have not been to Buckmore for an owner driver meeting - only for club 100 and BUKC.
For arrive and drive events it is great but the parking area is probably quite an issue for owner driver as it is on a steep slope and not suitable for camping. Even trying to park a caravan or motorhome could be difficult unless you can arrive very early.

This is an ariel view of this great track but if you look at where cars are parked there is one quite small area which is close to the clubhouse and then a larger area which is the one on a slope and it is all tarmac so not ideal if you want to pitch an awning.
