If engines were found to be non-compliant then penalties should have been given at the meeting and a notice of the penalty should have been put on the notice board.

That would be the end of the matter unless an appeal was lodged and if that went right up to the national court then it could be quite a while before the appeal is heard.

What `results' are you expecting to be published? If you were at the meeting it should have been on the board.
