Whilst I agree that the rules need to be enforced, surely it's a whole lot easier for the officials if the track is altered to stop the offence from happening in the first place.

All tracks seem to have an accident black spot and it does leave a sickly feeling in the stomach as you're racing because you know it's a higher risk. When you think about it, it's not right, we all want to go racing and accept the risks but risks like these are unnecessary and avoidable.
