The old bark chippings were terrible. I think the concrete is definitely safer and better in comparison but it must be treated as a run off and not part of the track. I watched the cadet practice sessions on Saturday and was surprised the drivers were all using it as a matter of course. The last round of Easykart last year we were only allowed to persistently put two wheels on it, consistent with similar rules we had at other tracks. Surely there's scope for a track to impose track limits if safety requires it, regardless of what the MSA rules say.
