Just because they 'balance out' doesn't mean they shouldn't strive to limit the errors.

If we used the 'balance out' scenario in our justice system you'd be apoplectic if your Son got life for a 'it looks like he did it' murder but 'we'll let him off next time'.

The Floppo Droppo bumper allows for no easement of guilt or no guilt, it's a line drawn in the sand and as such is a cop out.

It may have reduced rear contact but has been replaced by the surepticous side swipe.

Marshalls in towers with shotguns would probably be as effective.

(Good to see lots of input from people, keeps the site going for Martin and Dick)
