like I said above, just go club racing.......at our last club event, the C of C had just clerk'd at two S1 events and his opening statement was "its so nice to be at a club event and see everyone enjoying themselves".....you could see the S1 events had literally drained the life out of him, his 1000 yard stare was not for show.

I have also been told 2 rather shocking stories from dan-n-lad cadet outfits, they retired from S1 as they were beating the big teams and it all got out of hand, in on instance the police had to be called in because of the levels of intimidation got so bad.

One great piece of advice is you need to have your own lawyer at an S1 event, it did make me laugh, but the dad was being quite serious.

I'm not ruling out S1, we may possibly do it one day, but I'm certainly not going into it with the rose tinted glasses on.

But for now, club events all the way for us......just try to enjoy yourself!
