I've just noticed that my son's boot soles have come away at the instep, it's not going to glue back, which is a bit annoying because the rest of the boot was ok.
Whilst compared to tyres or engine rebuilds, new boots aren't the biggest expense BUT it all adds up!
This is (I think) his third pair of boots, he's had:
Unbranded (or could have been storm) they seemed OK
Sparco they seemed to have very thin soles that wore out quickly
OMP, which had been wearing very well, until this!

Does anyone have any recommendations for good value boots that last?
