The guy in front is ALWAYS cheating.

Following that logic, everyone apart fron the last man is cheating.

I suggest you encourage the slowest man to cheat then you'll all be equal.

QED.

If people are saying someone is cheating then they should have a fair idea of what they're doingso it shouldn't be difficult to expose it.

Or are they just guessing and grumbling?
