Well the tyre discussion is also happening on the Forest Edge Facebook page- so 2 southern clubs with the same feelings - harder or at least longer lasting tyres would be helpful for classes - so get it together with other clubs and petition for a change in the gold book so that we get tyres that last more than one meet.
As for driving standards/damage/injury - loved the PFI regs that they used for a short time before they were told they couldn't use it. One B&W flag (yellow card issued- discuss if you like in case of error) second B&W flag at same meet (red card - that's your race day over- unless its an error). Was good racing for a few months, certainly reduced contact a lot!
