CIK Ban Front Brakes

since the announcement of the CIK banning front brakes for non-gearbox categories and the deletion of article 2.11. Does it mean kart manufacturers will have to make them travel slower ?

I wonder what implications the next generation drivers face ? Is data and statistics showing too many front wheel replacements due to braking force ?
